This role owns system configuration, user access, workflow automation, data integrity, and day-to-day platform support across the organization.This is not a helpdesk role — it's ERP ownership. You'll be the internal expert departments turn to when NetSuite needs to do something new, and the person who keeps the environment clean, well-documented, and running on native functionality wherever possible. BSF is growing across seafood distribution, manufacturing, import operations, and an expanding integration ecosystem, and this role helps NetSuite keep pace with that growth.You'll partner closely with the Manager of Enterprise Business Systems, our NetSuite development team, and business leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.What You'll DoSystem Administration & ConfigurationOwn day-to-day NetSuite administration: configuration, system health, and ongoing environment cleanupManage user accounts, roles, and permissions following least-privilege principlesConfigure forms, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows using native tools and SuiteFlowAudit and rationalize existing customizations — identify what's redundant and what can be replaced with standard functionalityManage sandbox environments and enforce a clear change control processOwn bi-annual NetSuite release readiness: review release notes, test in sandbox, communicate impactMaintain system documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizationsWorkflow Automation & Process ImprovementDesign and build SuiteFlow workflows, approvals, and automated alerts that reduce manual workPartner with stakeholders to translate business needs into NetSuite configurationCoordinate with our development team on the rare cases that require custom scripting, providing clear requirements and documentationReporting & DataBuild and maintain saved searches, reports, and KPI dashboards for department leadersSupport ad hoc data requests from Finance, Operations, and Supply ChainAudit and clean up outdated or redundant reports and dashboardsData IntegrityManage CSV imports and mass updates with strong data validation and rollback disciplineOwn data quality within NetSuite — monitor for duplicates and process gaps, and resolve at the sourcePartner with the integration team to troubleshoot data issues arising from connected systemsUser Support & TrainingServe as the primary internal resource for NetSuite questions across departmentsTrain new users and deliver refreshers when processes changeBuild self-service resources to reduce routine ticket volumeWhat You'll Bring5-7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience: user management, workflow configuration, saved searches, custom formsStrong working knowledge of SuiteFlow — comfortable building workflows and approval processes independentlyWorking knowledge of customizations and SuiteScript — enough to evaluate, troubleshoot, and collaborate with developers on scripted solutions (hands-on development not required)A bias toward native NetSuite functionality over custom builds, with sound judgment on when customization is actually warrantedExperience supporting NetSuite in a distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environmentSolid understanding of NetSuite's financial modules — order to invoice to GLExperience managing NetSuite release cycles and sandbox testingHands-on experience with an integration platform such as Celigo or Boomi, and a solid understanding of how integrated data flows into and out of NetSuiteComfort with CSV imports and mass data updates, done safely and with validationStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesWhy BSF SeafoodEstablished, growing company with a hands-on, collaborative IT cultureReal ownership over a core business system, with room to shape its directionCompetitive salary and benefits packageJacksonville, FL location
