Netplus Administrator
Responsibilities
Support the overall telecommunication system configuration management using the Government-provided network infrastructure and management tools, particularly the NetPlus system.
Ensure the maintenance and accessibility of the NetPlus infrastructure, generate standard and custom reports, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the telecommunication systems.
Maintain and administer the NetPlus infrastructure, ensuring continuous accessibility and performance.
Congduct server patching and ensure the system's compliance with security standards.
Generate standard reports to include Line counts, Circuit counts, and Usage reports.
Support overall telecommunication system configuration management using NetPlus.
Ensure proper configuration of the NetPlus system to collect Call Detail Reporting information accurately.
Maintain documentation related to the NetPlus system, including system manuals and software updates.
Provide technical support for any issues related to the NetPlus system.
Qualifications
Previous experience in administering and maintaining network infrastructure, preferably with experience in telecommunication systems.
Proficiency in using network management tools, particularly NetPlus.
Experience: 3+ years in networking and system administration.
Certifications: Netplus CompTIA Network +
Clearance: Must possess a Secret clearance
