About the role

TRUEWERK is looking for a NetSuite Administrator based in Denver, CO. This individual will operate in a systems leadership capacity and will report to the I.T. Manager, partnering closely with key stakeholders across I.T., Operations, Sales Operations, and Accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite, including user setup, roles/permissions, and access management
  • Provide day-to-day support for internal users by troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related requests
  • Maintain NetSuite configuration including forms, fields, lists, and custom records to support business needs
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and usability
  • Partner with Operations, Sales Ops, and Accounting to gather requirements and translate business needs into system enhancements
  • Improve and document core workflows related to sales orders, fulfillment, purchasing, inventory, and billing
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, or breakdowns in processes and drive solutions through NetSuite configuration and process changes
  • Support cross-functional alignment by communicating system changes, expectations, and best practices
  • Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support operational and financial decision-making
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of master data (items, customers, vendors, locations, pricing, etc.)
  • Support data validation and ongoing data cleanup initiatives to improve reporting quality and business outcomes
  • Support Accounting to ensure clean financial posting behavior and consistent system controls
  • Configure and maintain SuiteFlow workflows, approvals, and automation to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
  • Aid in testing, validation, and deployment of new NetSuite features, configurations, automation and enhancements
  • Assist with SuiteScript initiatives (hands-on where applicable, or by coordinating with internal/external resources)
  • Maintain change documentation and ensure updates are deployed with minimal disruption to the business
  • Support integrations between NetSuite and connected systems (Shopify, 3PL/WMS, Returns platforms etc.)
  • Monitor integration health, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate resolution with vendors or internal technical teams
  • Assist in evaluating and improving system connectivity to support growth and reduce operational friction
  • Create and maintain documentation for NetSuite workflows, configurations, and standard operating procedures
  • Train end users on NetSuite functionality and reinforce best practices across departments
  • Establish and support governance standards related to roles/permissions, naming conventions, workflows, and change management
  • Help ensure NetSuite remains scalable, secure, and aligned with TRUEWERK’s operational needs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering NetSuite in a business-critical environment
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and accounting impacts
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and manage enhancements through completion
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive issues to resolution
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 base salary + bonus
