HybridSales$150k–$204k/yrFull-time
About the role
The Infrastructure Functional Lead will take end-to-end ownership of Attune (Hexagon) and NetBox as Nscale's authoritative inventory of physical and logical infrastructure assets. This role involves leading project delivery, configuring systems, managing integrations, and delivering custom reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from business requirements gathering through user testing and implementation.
- Configure Attune for asset lifecycle and NetBox for DCIM and IPAM.
- Model racks, devices, cabling, circuits, prefixes, VLANs, VRFs, tenancy, GPU and server inventory, and network topology.
- Manage integrations with NetSuite for fixed assets and capitalisation, as well as procurement systems, monitoring, automation tooling, and Foundry.
- Own user management, validation rules, data governance, and data quality after go-live to prevent drift between physical reality and the system of record.
- Deliver custom reports, dashboards, and API exposure that support capacity, utilisation, lifecycle, and portfolio analytics.
- Optimise processes for asset intake, deployment, move-add-change, RMA, and decommissioning.
- Lead functional support for UAT, cutover, and post go-live stabilisation across sites.
- Resolve functional issues decisively and help DC Ops, Network Engineering, and Finance users gain confidence in the systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with infrastructure asset management, DCIM, and IPAM tooling.
- Production experience using NetBox at scale and Attune (Hexagon), or a comparable lifecycle platform.
- Strong fundamentals in data centre operations, network topology, IP address management, and fixed asset accounting.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior operations and finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience integrating asset and DCIM platforms with ERPs, procurement, monitoring, and automation systems via API; NetSuite experience is preferred.
- Experience in data centre, GPU, hyperscale, or other asset-heavy and operationally complex environments.
- Proven ability to simplify data models and avoid unnecessary complexity.
- Ability to enforce data quality, validation, and governance in a fast-scaling environment.
- Ability to navigate disagreements with system integrators, vendors, and senior stakeholders when needed.
- A forward-thinking mindset that sees asset management as part of a broader data and analytics architecture.
- Experience working alongside data platforms or analytics teams; curiosity about Palantir Foundry is a plus.
