Functional Lead
About the role
The Functional Lead will be responsible for coordinating functional requirements gathering and providing input to design, while managing a small team of functional resources. They will also conduct troubleshooting, issue identification, and resolution, and serve as a backfill for other functional team members as needed.
Responsibilities
- Cook up and maintain configuration management and release management activities
- Develop test scripts and coordinate and execute low side build and regression testing, high side internal testing, and user acceptance testing
- Manage a small team of functional resources
- Provide functional support for deployment activities
- Coordinate baseline change documentation reviews
- Develop training and instructional materials to supplement baseline change deployments
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in preparing for and conducting internal and stakeholder test events
- Minimum of 2 years in procurement software
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Experience in configuration management
- Experience with developing and/or reviewing functional system documentation, to include requirements, design, and training documents
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite desktop applications, specifically MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Experience briefing, to include executive meetings, organizations, and multiple stakeholder groups

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
- Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
