Welcome to BeeKind ABA Therapy, where we're all about making a difference in the lives of children and their families through compassionate and ethical ABA services. Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, and daily living skills.

Pay

We offer a competitive pay range of $18 - $25 per hour based on educational background and experience. All staff can increase pay opportunities through professional development, performance, and paid remote training.

Schedule

8:30 am - 12:00 pm Tuesday - Friday, In-Daycare, Riverdale, GA. All cases are Monday through Friday with sessions lasting 3-4 hours per case. No weekend work.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings
  • Engage in tailored sessions based on each client's unique needs and preferences
  • Collect data during sessions to track progress
  • Write detailed session notes to document development

Requirements

  • 40-hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills
  • Valid RBT certification
  • Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
  • Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
  • Comfort working in various settings and with different clients (in-home experience a plus)
