.Net/Java Full Stack Developer

Skills

• Strong Programming (.Net, React, Java) with .Net as Primary
• Webserver Management (Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, IIS)
• Working experience with Oracle Database
• Working experience with SQL Server database
• basic PL/SQL programming
• GIT/ADO configuration control

Responsibilities

• On-call production support: promptly identifying defects, documenting them in on-call logs, and efficiently resolving issues without violating SLA commitments.
• Periodic reviews of job logs and performance metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
• Troubleshooting production issues through meticulous job log reviews, implementing necessary design changes via change management and adhering to the code promotion process.
• Development and maintenance of documentation for troubleshooting procedures, best practices, and system configurations; facilitating knowledge sharing and managing Change Requests.
• Resolving data issues arising from load delays or database server downtimes, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data loading delays and database server outages, ensuring minimal disruption to data flow and system operations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing data processing workflows.
