The Search Team within Retail Web Technology is responsible for building and enhancing scalable, high-performance search experiences across client-facing digital platforms. The team focuses on improving search relevance, performance, and user experience by leveraging modern cloud-native architectures, microservices, and intelligent data processing. The team operates in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with product, architecture, and business partners to deliver client-centric solutions and drive continuous innovation. As a Software Developer - Sr. Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end full-stack features within the Search platform. This role focuses on building scalable applications, improving search relevance and performance, and working within established architecture while adopting modern engineering and AI-assisted development practices. What you have Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field4+ years of full-stack development experienceStrong expertise in Angular, JavaScript, C#, .NET Core, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIsExperience building microservices and cloud-native applicationsExperience building Single Page Applications using Angular or similar frameworksKnowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and performance optimization techniquesExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Agile methodologiesStrong problem-solving ability, communication skills, and ability to work across distributed teamsHands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and exposure to AI and machine learning concepts Preferred Qualifications Experience with search platformsExperience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft AzureFamiliarity with Splunk or similar monitoring and observability platformsFamiliarity with test-driven development, behavior-driven development, and modern testing frameworksExperience in financial services or regulated environmentsAdvanced experience integrating AI and machine learning capabilities into production systemsKnowledge of prompt engineering, automation frameworks, and intelligent workflows In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
