About the role

The Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, and maintains software applications and systems within the Work and Material Management (WAMM) department of the Applications & Analytics (A&A) organization. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the software is functional, scalable, and reliable. Additionally, this role leads in mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and drives technical direction and architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, designers, and product managers
• Ensure the software meets user needs and business objectives
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Drive technical direction and architectural decisions

Requirements

• Extensive .NET 5.0+ experience: 4+ years
• Extensive frontend experience (Angular or React/Next): 4+ years
• Prior experience upskilling other team members
• Cloud-first development and troubleshooting
• Able to quickly learn, implement, and teach new tools, techniques, languages, and processes
• Able to talk with stakeholders and customers alike
• Maintain end-to-end solutions, address production bugs, and ensure overall system reliability
