Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and ensure accurate documentation of stakeholder requirements.
- Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications and aid in the creation of process documentation.
- Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements.
- Execute test plans, analyze outcomes, and report defects to the development team to facilitate enhancement of software performance.
- Support the integration of new software features, facilitating smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and creation of comprehensive documentation for ongoing system maintenance.
- Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to enrich the team's knowledge repository.

Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework, including API development, microservices, and backend architecture.
- Experience with AWS cloud environments, AWS Cloud Migration, and services with exposure to EKS, CloudFront, SQS, Glue, DocumentDB.
- Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, including best practices for logging, exception handling, and scalability.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and/or AWS Aurora (PostgreSQL).
- Experience collaborating with DevOps and Cloud Architects in CI/CD environments using Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy.
- Build reusable frameworks and components as per the reference architecture.
- Hands-on experience with EKS.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development and cross-functional team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.

Pay
- In Jersey City, NJ: $64,438 to $108,884 estimated annual compensation range.
- In New York, NY: $67,812 to $99,417 estimated annual compensation range.
