NERC Compliance Analyst

Engineering Analyst, NERC Compliance Support reliable and compliant operation of power generation and energy assets by interpreting and applying NERC reliability standards. Assist with development and maintenance of a compliance program aligned to applicable NERC requirements.Support audits, self-certifications, and related compliance activities.Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and engineering data to support compliance determinations.Maintain documentation, evidence, and audit-ready records.Help investigate potential compliance issues and support corrective actions and risk mitigation.Collaborate with plant operations, engineering, and regulatory teams to improve processes that strengthen grid reliability.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives supporting organizational sustainability goals.
