About the role

• Call coverage every 4th weekend, with two physicians on call
• Weekly rotations of patient care across the main office, satellite office, and hospital coverage
• 700+ ESRD patients with 25% home penetration
• Large CKD patient base
• No internal medicine, admissions, or procedures
• Coverage of 10 counties in Illinois and Wisconsin, including nine hospitals
• 19 dialysis centers, including 4 in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in nephrology
• Interest in a long-term commitment to the practice and community
• Hard-working with excellent clinical skills
• Personable, approachable, and ethical

Benefits

• Starting salary: $275,000
• Sign-on bonus: up to $10,000
• Paid time off: 5 weeks + 1 week around winter holidays
