Nephrologist

An excellent opportunity for a board-eligible or certified nephrologist to join South Texas Renal Care Group, based in San Antonio, Texas. The practice is involved in all aspects of nephrology, including hospital inpatient care, ICU management, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and medical directorships at multiple kidney transplant centers and dialysis units. The group owns a vascular access center and is actively engaged with the Texas Kidney Foundation.

About the role

The ideal candidates are self-motivated and compassionate about patient care. Positions are available for both General Nephrologists and Interventional Nephrologists.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
• Graduate of an accredited nephrology training program
• Board certification in internal medicine
• Board eligible or board certified in nephrology
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required
