About the role

We are seeking a passionate Physician Assistant with neonatology fellowship training to join our regional Neonatal Intensive Care team in Muskegon and Grand Rapids, Michigan. This contingent role involves providing direct patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring, and documenting in Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor colleagues and trainees
• Document patient records in Epic EMR
• Support community health initiatives
• Engage in quality improvement activities

Requirements

• Board certification in neonatology
• Licensed to practice in Michigan
• ACLS and BLS certifications

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling with 25-hour or 8-hour shifts
• No call requirements
