Capital Health Medical Center–Hopewell invites a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join our high-performing, collaborative team of seven physicians serving the vibrant Princeton-Mercer regions.

30-bed Level III NICU within a designated regional perinatal center
Average daily census of 13 patients
Approximately 3,700 deliveries annually and 400+ NICU admissions
Advanced therapies include: High Frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV), Inhaled nitric oxide, Therapeutic hypothermia
Flexible & Sustainable Scheduling: Combination of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts, with home call overnight
Built to support long-term career satisfaction
Academic & Teaching Engagement Opportunity to teach Family Practice and Ob/Gyn residents, as well as observational students
Contribute to a culture of teaching, mentorship, and continuous learning
