Responsibilities

• Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, board-certified Neonatologist to join and help lead our expanding program at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center (SRMC) in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
• This position offers an ideal blend of clinical leadership, schedule flexibility, and the ability to practice high-quality community neonatology—while living in one of the most desirable regions in the Mid-Atlantic.

NICU Overview

8-bed Level III NICU
10 LDR couplet care rooms
Combined census: 9–11 patients/day
Approximately 1,250 annual deliveries
Strong in-house OB Hospitalist support
