Responsibilities
Pediatrix is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist to join a long-standing, collegial neonatology team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Neonatology Work-Life Balance

Neonatology Team-Based Care
Join a stable team of 4 full-time and 2 part-time neonatologists, partnering closely with a dedicated group of hospital-employed NNPs. Diverse Clinical Environment: Primary coverage of a Level III NICU, Coverage of two level 2 NICUs, Pediatric surgeons available on-site and a highly skilled neonatal transport team. Hospital Support: Practice in a setting where neonatologists are valued and supported by responsive and collaborative hospital leadership.
