About the role

Join an established team of physicians and APPs (including NNPs, PAs, and PNPs)Call structure: In-house night call at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital and Ascension St. Vincent CarmelPractice setting: Inpatient (Level III and Level IV NICUs)Access to NeoData EMR, a 109 private-room Level IV NICU, telehealth capabilities for regional nurseries, and a comprehensive network of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialistsEmployed position within a nonprofit health systemBoard Certified or Board Eligible in NeonatologyEligible for state medical licensure and DEA registrationProvide coverage and high-level clinical service for neonates admitted to Level III and IV intensive care units, including day-time attending duties, high-risk delivery attendance, and consultation with high-risk obstetric patients.Provide clinical oversight, teaching, and mentorship to pediatric residents, medical students, and advanced practice providers while collaborating on network-wide quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine required

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
