Responsibilities
- Join an established neonatology team, providing care for Level 2 transitioning to Level 3 neonatal units.
- Manage a 12-bed unit with plans for expansion, including in-house day coverage and on-call overnight shifts.
- Participate in a flexible schedule, potentially 7-on/7-off.
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring safety and positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support unit growth and development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree with specialization in Neonatology.
- Licensed or eligible for licensing in the relevant state.
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
