Neonatal Physician (MD/DO)

Responsibilities

• Join an established neonatology team, providing care for Level 2 transitioning to Level 3 neonatal units.
• Manage a 12-bed unit with plans for expansion, including in-house day coverage and on-call overnight shifts.
• Participate in a flexible schedule, potentially 7-on/7-off.
• Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring safety and positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support unit growth and development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree with specialization in Neonatology.
• Licensed or eligible for licensing in the relevant state.
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
