About the Role

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dynamic neonatal nurse practitioner (NNP) to join a collaborative, supportive team providing care across three NICUs in the Ogden area, just outside of Salt Lake City. This full-time role offers part-time hours, strong leadership support, professional growth opportunities, and bonus potential. New graduate candidates are welcome.

Schedule

  • Full-time employment with a part-time feel
  • Combination of 24-hour and short day shifts
  • Approximately six 24-hour shifts and five 7-hour shifts per month
  • Out-of-house call model, with flexibility to enjoy personal time outside of the hospital
  • Significant flexibility and time off between scheduled shifts

Practice Overview

  • Provide care across two Level III and one Level II NICUs.
  • Ogden Regional Medical Center: Large regional center with highest acuity and volume, ADC ~17.
  • Holy Cross Hospital - Davis: Mid-volume hospital, within 20 minutes of Ogden Regional, ADC ~8.
  • Lakeview Hospital: Lowest acuity hospital serving the regional area of North Salt Lake.
  • Collaborative team-based care: 2:1 coverage always maintained with Neonatologist support.

Qualifications

  • Current APRN national specialty certification: NNP certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
