Role: Per diem Acute Hospital NICU Occupational Therapist, providing specialized care to premature and medically fragile infants. Responsibilities Perform developmental and feeding assessments tailored to neonatal needs.Design and implement individualized treatment plans to promote infant development.Provide family training and education to support safe and nurturing home care.Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Document patient care accurately within the EMR system.Contribute to discharge planning, quality improvement, and safety initiatives in a patient-centered environment. Qualifications And Skills Experience in neonatal or pediatric occupational therapy preferred.Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Knowledge of neonatal development and feeding interventions.Excellent communication and family education skills.
