About the role

An Occupational Therapist provides skilled pediatric therapy services focused on development and feeding for infants, primarily in NICU, Early Intervention, or outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans
• Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Delegates tasks to assistants and students
• Documents care accurately
• Conducts assessments and consultations as needed
• Establishes treatment goals considering discharge needs
• Provides interventions and educates families
• Coordinates with healthcare providers
• Ensures proper documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapist license

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's Degree preferred
• No prior experience required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Essential assessment skills
