Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to critically ill and high-risk newborns using advanced monitoring and life-support technology.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Support and educate families, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their newborns' care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure.
