Registered Nurse Neonatal ICU
About the role
Chester County Hospital is hiring experienced NICU RNs for part-time night shift positions from 7:00pm to 7:30am.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to support newborns.
- Collaborate with neonatal specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- A minimum of 24 months NICU experience is required.
- CPR certification is required.
- NRP certification is required, or must be completed within 12 months of hire.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania RN License.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with medical terminology and procedures.
