Registered Nurse Neonatal ICU

About the role

Chester County Hospital is hiring experienced NICU RNs for part-time night shift positions from 7:00pm to 7:30am.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to support newborns.
• Collaborate with neonatal specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• A minimum of 24 months NICU experience is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• NRP certification is required, or must be completed within 12 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN License.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with medical terminology and procedures.
