A day in the life of a Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM)
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales objectives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers
- Guide clients through the entire sales journey, collaborating with the Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants as a team
- Stay current on market trends and competitors by conducting regular market research
- Avoid errors and keep precise records of all sales activities, including leads, follow-ups, and closed deals in the CRM software
- Promptly address any concerns or issues that arise to deliver outstanding customer service
- Promote and advocate for First Heritage Mortgage as the lender of choice

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks effectively and on time using the necessary technical tools
- Minimum capture rate of 80%
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
