Neighborhood Sales Manager

About the Role

A Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) designs and implements sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales objectives. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers, guiding them through the entire sales journey while collaborating with the Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants. Staying current on market trends and competitors is essential, as you will conduct regular market research. You will ensure all point-of-sale and marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compelling, while maintaining precise records of sales activities in CRM software. Delivering outstanding customer service and addressing concerns promptly is a top priority. Additionally, you will promote First Heritage Mortgage as the lender of choice, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional home-buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers.
• Guide clients through the entire sales journey following established processes.
• Collaborate with the Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants.
• Conduct market research to stay current on trends and competitors.
• Ensure point-of-sale and marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compelling.
• Maintain precise records of sales activities, including leads, follow-ups, and closed deals in CRM software.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly address concerns or issues.
• Promote First Heritage Mortgage as the lender of choice.

Requirements

• At least three years of proven experience in new home sales for a production builder.
• Available to work weekends.
• Excited to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Maintain complete data tracking.
• Minimum capture rate of 80%.
