Our Mission
We provide health screenings and education as well as improve access to healthcare for low-income patient populations in the New Haven community. We also aim to educate and train future health professionals in the collaborative practice of medicine and community health.
Our Operations
We operate most Saturdays of the year, running from 8:00 - 10:30 AM with the exception of Yale University academic winters and spring breaks, holidays, and at the discretion of the clinic leadership team.

Community Involvement
The Health & Wellness Village at New Haven Pride is an annual event that brings together various partners to celebrate community, dignity, and belonging. It includes free health services, resources for wellness, and connections to local organizations.
