Needs Assessment Coordinator (Remote)

Schedule

Monday-Friday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening on potential client calls.
• Complete all documentation associated with client calls.
• Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development.
• Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral, and transportation needs.
• Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system.
• Demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred.
• Experience in a health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred.

• Demonstrates confidentiality, safety, and excellent communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal relationships and ability to be a team player.

Pay

The starting compensation for this role is $15/hour; final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
