NDT Trainee National

About the Role

This position is for a trainee actively participating in a training program for a specified NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) method for a limited and defined period. Trainees will not make accept or reject decisions, independently conduct tests, or perform other NDT functions without supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain experience under the direct observation of a Level 2 or Level 3 in the same NDT method.
  • Obtain experience under the direct observation of a Level 1 or instructor only when approved by the Responsible Level 3.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • No prior experience necessary.

Work Environment

Work will be conducted in the NDT Department. Must be safety-oriented and able to wear the appropriate attire and PPE required for work tasks when on the plant floor.
