NDE Inspector

Zachary Piper is seeking a Quality Control – NDE Inspector to support manufacturing operations in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This is a chance to join a new industry and be a part of groundbreaking work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections using NDE methods such as leak testing and liquid penetrant testing.
• Interpret results and apply acceptance criteria from drawings and work orders.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and codes to validate product conformity and maintain accurate records for fabrication, inspection, and final reporting.
• Maintain a strong understanding of weld codes and standards.
• Manage nonconformance documentation, support internal process audits, and collaborate with engineers and managers to communicate inspection results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3+ years of NDE Inspection experience.
• Level II Certifications in either Liquid Penetrant or Leak Testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret or DOE Q Clearance.

Pay

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000
