Provide your talents in contributing to the success of the Zions team by delivering the following:
- Solution Architecture & Design
- Leadership & Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and integration specialists.
- Program Management
- Stakeholder Engagement
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture.
- Experience with nCino or other banking/financial services solutions (preferably commercial lending).
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools).
- Experience in leading technical teams.
- People management and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong experience in managing multi-phase implementation programs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Required Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Location
This position can be located 100% remote within the United States or located at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
Pay Range
$145,000-170,000 – (Based upon relatable skills/experience)
