NCC Adjunct Faculty- Automotive Technology (Days- Spring 2026)

About the role

Nashua Community College is seeking adjunct instructors for the Fall 2024 semester in the Automotive Technology Program. Classes will be held on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Teach Automotive Heating and Air Conditioning
• Have work experience in Air Conditioning and Heating
• Show strong organizational and diagnostic skills

Requirements

• Associate degree in Automotive Technology
• 5 years of experience as a technician
• Industry certifications such as Vehicle Manufacturer, ASE, and Aftermarket
• Prior teaching experience and experience using a learning management system (Blackboard or Canvas)
• Engagement in community service

Qualifications

• ASE Master Certification A1-A8 or ability to obtain certification in areas teaching before classes begin

Skills

• Strong organizational and diagnostic skills

Benefits

• Salary range: $825-$975 per contact hour
• The rate will be determined by the appointed adjunct faculty rank, based on education and experience
