NCC Adjunct Faculty- Air Traffic Control

Nashua Community College is seeking adjunct instructors for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 academic years.
For Academic Year 2025-2026
We are specifically looking for Air Traffic Control instructors to teach basic Air Traffic Control classes.
- Fall 2025: Tuesdays, 8am-12pm
- Spring 2026: Tuesdays, 8am-12pm
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Associates degree from a regionally accredited college or technical school with major study in aviation technology, education, business administration, engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Six (6) years of teaching experience in the aviation technology field or six (6) years of military or FAA experience in Air Traffic Control.
- Licenses/Certifications: FAA or Military Air Traffic Control certification.
Preferred Qualifications/Certifications
- FAA instructor experience
- Recent Air Traffic Control experience
- Adjunct Teaching experience
Pay Range
The salary range for this position is $825-$975 per contact hour. The rate will be determined by the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
Residency Requirement
To be eligible for employment within Nashua Community College and its institutions, applicants must reside within a New England state (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island).
