Responsibilities

• Provides detailed analysis of financial and business processes and procedures to develop phased revisions for operational and staff components and operational procedures.
• Employs business process models, activity flows, and data models.
• Proficiently uses process mapping tools and supports the implementation of mission alignment concepts, change management, and transformation activities.
• Led the implementation of mission alignment concepts, change management, and transformation activities.
• Identifies and analyzes potential migration risks and presents solutions for mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: MA or MS degree in a Business, Management, or "Relevant Technical Discipline" from an accredited university or college, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of additional work experience or demonstrated specialized expertise.
• Experience: At least fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in Business Operations, Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, or Training.
• Skills: Recognized expert with industry and public service leadership in a "Relevant Technical Discipline," experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations.
• Clearance Requirement: Active DoD Secret level Security Clearance.
