Navy ERP Program Analyst (Acquire to Retire) - Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Analyze, resolve and track Navy ERP system and end-user issues as they relate to Navy ERP GE.
• Analyze, resolve, and track end-user issues and problems as they relate to creating, modifying, depreciating, transferring, retiring and reporting GE.
• Assess recurring business processes and system errors to identify root causes.
• Gather and analyze Navy ERP data to quantify system issues and/or answer data requests as it relates to GE.
• Provide feedback on new or updated Navy ERP capabilities.
• Participate in sessions to provide business process functional and technical expertise to develop requirements for new or updated business processes as they relate to Navy ERP GE.
• Perform analysis of changes and solutions being made to Navy ERP to develop testing strategies and test plans for Navy ERP GE processes.
• Execute Navy ERP GE testing to ensure changes and solutions perform as documented and do not adversely impact NAVAIR’s business processes.
• Develop and maintain deliverables such as User Desk Guides, SOPs, communiques, and targeted emails.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Education - Degree preferred but not required. Experience - 2 to 4 years of demonstrated experience providing business and financial support in a Navy ERP environment involving Navy GE.
• Proficiency in Navy ERP processing in two or more of the following areas: Creating and maintaining Navy GE with Navy ERP, Experience/knowledge of month-end processes related to Navy GE, Analyzing and running program/project financial reports with Navy ERP, Experience in Navy GE Policy and Process, Experience in Navy ERP Asset Management (AM) module.
