Job Details

Candidate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking preferred.
• Three years of experience working in a strengths-based environment with fathers and families required.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required.
• Experience in community collaboration and networking a preferred.

Compensation

Hourly: Range is between $20.78-$23.09/hour; offers are commensurate with experience. Bilingual candidates may receive additional financial compensation.

Location

Hybrid (remote/community-based); outreach and event participation required in Winnebago County with opportunities to work remotely when not attending on-site meetings or events. Home office is at our Rockford location.

Schedule

Full-time, hourly; general business hours with some flexibility for special projects & events
