About the role

Naven Health is a nationwide home infusion nursing network and clinical platform focused on delivering specialized, truly exceptional infusion care. With over 1,600 team members, including over 1,500 nurses, we provide home infusion services for a broad range of specialized therapies, as well as clinical trial services and special programs for pharmaceutical manufacturers. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will schedule nurses with patients in a timely manner, ensuring the company’s staffing requirements are always met while fostering a friendly, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate pharmacies' staffing needs and take action to staff accordingly
• Schedule, organize, and implement a sustainable staffing strategy
• Work with other staff members to fulfill the needs of patients and nurses’ schedules
• Identify hard-to-fill schedules and take proactive actions
• Communicate effectively with employees, patients, and pharmacies
• Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
• Update nurses’ calendars daily

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open referrals simultaneously
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate in a timely manner
• Ability to work on a personal computer or laptop for extended periods of time
• Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college
• Previous healthcare scheduling experience

Pay

Pay Range: $16.33–$23.97 per hour. Salary is determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
