Naval Power (NSS) - Quality Finance Analyst - P2 - (Hybrid)

About the Role
We have an opportunity for a finance professional to join our OSQ Finance organization as a Quality Finance analyst within the Naval Power portfolio. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of all Finance deliverables, including earned value management, quarterly Estimates at Compete (EACs), Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), weekly/monthly reporting and analysis. This role will also include collaboration with Quality Program Leads (QPL), Operations and Supply chain finance analysts, PMO Finance, and Program leaders for EAC inputs, monthly variance reporting to the Quality Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed weekly financial analysis to Schedule and Budget
- Perform monthly updates to Quality Earned Value metrics and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs)
- Assist in preparing the quarterly EACs for Quality including but not limited to EAC inputs from and EAC updates in APEX and/or PMX
- Support the weekly and monthly oversight of Quality labor forecasts, monitoring actual costs, and documenting variances to plan and forecasts
- Provide the organization with timely analysis facilitating business, program, and project decision making
Requirements
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs in Finance
- Experience in a program cost schedule and control environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- R6Sigma / CORE Specialist or familiarity with Six Sigma / CORE processes
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification or equivalent
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
- Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial leadership on Raytheon Policies and Procedures
- Self-starter highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities

Pay
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
Schedule
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
