What You Will Do
- Supervise lower-level Natural Resources Engineer(s) and Natural Resources Engineer Technician(s).
- Produce and/or review Engineer sealed plan sets and bid documents for construction.
- Provide technical assistance for development on future and current Abandoned Mine Lands (AML) projects sites.
- Aid in the development and implementation of engineering procedures/policies.
- Act as a project manager for assigned projects.
Pay
Starting hourly pay of $40.40/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 6.5 years of service, with an end salary of $57.67/hr. There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Qualifications
- Certificate of registration as professional engineer issued by State Licensing Board AND 12 mos. exp. as Natural Resources Engineer 2, 85742 or 12 mos. equivalent related engineering experience.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above may be substituted for the experience required, but not for the mandated licensure.
