National Uptime Center Manager
About the role
This is a service leadership role at the center of Earthborne’s national service growth. You’ll lead a team of technicians and administrators responsible for keeping equipment running for production-based customers across the country—businesses that depend on equipment uptime to keep their own operations moving. You’ll have the opportunity to build the processes, standards, and team culture that make exceptional service possible at a national scale. This is not simply a role managing an existing department; it’s an opportunity to build and shape a growing national service program. If you’re looking for a leadership position where the systems, processes, and team you build can become the backbone of a growing national operation, this is the opportunity for you.
Earthborne Trucks and Equipment has proudly served Warrington, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas for over 50 years. Over the years, we’ve become a trusted resource for sales, service, and trucking. We provide our customers with an extensive line of construction, forestry, snow removal, and landscaping equipment throughout Pennsylvania. We also serve surrounding communities with our 24-hour towing and hauling services. Our Warrington facility features a state-of-the-art service department, an expansive equipment showroom, and a well-stocked parts department. We service all makes and models of heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks, providing our customers with the support they need to keep their businesses moving. As a family-owned and operated business since our inception, we understand the importance of setting a high standard for our customers. Over the past 50 years, many of those customers have become more than customers—they’ve become part of the Earthborne family. Here at Earthborne, our purpose is to build partnerships with our customers through our passion for solving their problems. That passion creates an experience that exceeds expectations and builds the trust that keeps customers coming back. It’s also what inspires our team to show up every day with a sense of purpose—to be at play with purpose, rather than simply working to live.
