National Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain national advertising contracts and orders with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Cook up and execute advertising campaigns across broadcast and digital platforms.
  • Manage political – FCC uploads, payment reconciliation, order entry, and makegoods.
  • Paid programming order entry and coordination.
  • Work with Research to update inventory and rate cards.
  • Aid Account Executives and Sales Managers in crafting customized sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations.
  • Create compelling support materials and marketing collateral for the sales team.
  • Track and monitor the progress of sales initiatives and special projects.
  • Compile, analyze, and distribute digital campaign performance reports.
  • Create and manage a bi-weekly sales department newsletter.
  • Serve as backup support for the Traffic Department and Digital Client specialists as needed.

Qualifications Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, Microsoft Powerpoint applications.
  • Experience with WideOrbit, MediaLine, or similar media platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present campaign performance data.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
