About the role

We are seeking a National Partnership Manager to join our team. This role involves owning strategic relationships with corporate partners, building, strengthening, and reviving partnerships critical to Bevi’s growth. Key responsibilities include ensuring partners meet their expectations, designing and implementing sales strategies, leading quarterly business reviews, and managing partner enablement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers at contract foodservice companies
  • Evangelize Bevi throughout our foodservice contractor partners
  • Ensure all expectations from sector partners are met, including achieving sales goals, adhering to service level agreements, and promptly processing orders or troubleshooting issues
  • Design and implement sales strategies that identify growth levers, partnership opportunities, and expansion strategies
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and annual business plans
  • Ensure partner enablement activities, including onboarding, training and education, off-boarding
  • Represent Bevi at customer visits, relevant tradeshows and brand awareness events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-performance sales experience within fast-growth environments. Foodservice contractor experience is a must
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills are a must. Strategic/Analytical thinker
  • Track record of building new and expanding existing partnerships
  • Friendly with CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce. Network of contacts are a plus too!
  • Position may entail up to 50% travel

Compensation

The posted compensation range reflects the salary* for this position. Some roles may be eligible for a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Bevi employees receive equity in the form of stock options. *For Sales roles: The posted range reflects base salary plus commission which is the total potential on target earnings (OTE) for the position.
