National Partner Business Manager - SHI

About the role
The Partner Business Manager- SHI will be accountable for the sales success of sell-through and sell-with initiatives with select partners in a given territory. You will develop strategy, plan, and implement go-to-market and key partner sales initiatives, as well as build initiatives and strategic plans to drive incremental revenue for partners and Commvault.
Responsibilities
- Own partners-sourced pipeline and revenue (quota) in a territory
- Present Commvault portfolio and partner-program benefits to partner teams
- Build and implement territory/district plans targeted at growing mutual business
- Own the territory business and sales execution plan between Commvault and partners
- Develop trusted-advisor relationships with key partners in territory
- Identify mutual key strategic “plays”; secure executive sponsorship and establish success criteria
- Demonstrate all partner routes-to-market within territory (e.g., VAR, Alliances, MSPs, Distribution)
- Drive account mapping and regional sales meetings to build partner relationships
- Lead and drive partner engagement with Commvault sales organization for resell, co-sell, and services delivery
- Increase share of mind and share of wallet for Commvault solutions at partner
Requirements
- Regional and/or national partner (Americas) experience highly desired
- Proven track record of partner sales leadership, alliances, and ecosystem development with large, sophisticated partner relationships
- Strong understanding and demonstrated capabilities working across the alliances lifecycle—including product management, product marketing, sales, and services—to drive OEM and partner-bundle solution plays
- Confirmed capability to build multifaceted strategies that attach vendor solutions to partner value propositions and improve sell-through revenues
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in a highly matrixed virtual environment
- Solid understanding of distribution models, channel programs, and the “value exchange” elements of partner relationships
- 10–15 years of validated executive experience in sales/business development
- Ability to travel

Pay
Pay Range: $93,500—$182,850 USD
