National Options Manager

About the role

Toll Brothers, a leading luxury home builder since 1967, seeks a National Options Manager for its Pleasanton, California office. This role is essential for implementing national option and item strategies, ensuring compliance with national guidance, and fostering efficient option usage across the company.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain National Option Master
• Review and adjudicate new option requests
• Communicate new option information to Division Options Managers
• Foster national program compliance
• Document option and item guidance
• Participate in plan design and 90% construction drawing plan reviews
• Participate in monthly Options Managers calls
• Assist end users with EnterpriseOne related functionality questions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in Residential Purchasing or Design Studio related business
• Solid understanding of home building process and components
• Proficient understanding of architectural plans
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Office 3-day work week, additional days may vary per Division/Department
