National Options Manager

About the role

Toll Brothers, a leading luxury home builder since 1967, seeks a National Options Manager for its Irvine, California office. This role is responsible for implementing national option and item strategies, communicating new option information, fostering national program compliance, and participating in various meetings and calls.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain National Option Master
• Adjudicate and communicate new option requests
• Foster national program compliance and document option and item guidance
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design studio teams to create option specification language
• Participate in plan design and construction drawing reviews
• Train Options Managers and assist with EnterpriseOne functionality
• Participate in monthly Options Managers calls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in Residential Purchasing or Design Studio related business
• Solid understanding of home building process and components
• Proficient understanding of architectural plans
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Office 3-day work week, with additional days varying by Division/Department

Benefits
