About the role
As a National Operations Specialist at SelectLeaders, you will play a crucial role in managing student housing operations across multiple locations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with all policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations including maintenance, cleaning, and resident services.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations related to student housing.

- Handle tenant complaints and escalations in a professional manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for financial and operational purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management or related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
