National Operations Specialist (Student Housing)

About the role

The National Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of student housing facilities across multiple locations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of student housing facilities
• Manage tenant relations and resolve complaints
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility improvements
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Prepare and maintain financial records for the facilities
• Perform regular inspections and audits of the facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or related field
• Experience with facility management software is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications
