About the role
The National Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of student housing facilities across multiple locations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of student housing facilities
- Manage tenant relations and resolve complaints
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility improvements
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain financial records for the facilities
- Perform regular inspections and audits of the facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or related field
- Experience with facility management software is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of property management software (optional)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional)
