About the role

As a National Operations Specialist at SelectLeaders, you will play a key role in managing student housing operations across multiple locations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained to high standards, and that students have a positive living experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at student housing facilities
• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure prompt repairs
• Collaborate with property managers and vendors to maintain high-quality facilities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and external partners
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in property management or similar field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
