Land Planner

Responsible for developing and implementing land use plans that align with the company's strategic goals. This includes site selection, environmental impact assessments, and community engagement.

• Develops and implements land use plans to support business objectives
• Conducts environmental impact assessments and ensures compliance with regulations
• Engages with local communities to gather input and address concerns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land planning or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
