Land Planner
Responsible for developing and implementing land use plans that align with the company's strategic goals. This includes site selection, environmental impact assessments, and community engagement.
- Develops and implements land use plans to support business objectives
- Conducts environmental impact assessments and ensures compliance with regulations
- Engages with local communities to gather input and address concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land planning or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
- Experience with GIS software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
