National General Adjuster
or drop it. So we can include a
with Date, Location, Company Brand. Also we must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "National General Adjuster". Not to be used as heading. We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove "Apply now »" lines, also the EEO paragraph at end, also maybe the "Our Company is an equal employment opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Benefits" repeated? There's a Benefits list and later "The Benefits Our people live by a shared set of values..." That's more about culture; we need to keep substantive benefits but not duplicate. The "The Benefits Our people live by..." is more about values; we could keep as part of description maybe under a section like "About the company" but we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put company description under About the role? Actually About the role could include purpose and company description. The purpose paragraph is under "Purpose". That could be About the role. Then we have "Key Accountabilities" as Responsibilities. Then "Experience And Qualifications" as Requirements/Qualifications (maybe combine). Then Benefits list. Also there is a section "The workplace Since 1932..." that's company description; could be part of About the role as well. Also "What Drives Us..." etc. Might be considered fluff but it's substantive about company culture; we could include under About the role as prose. However we must not create sections with filler. We can include that as part of About the role paragraph(s). Also there is a "Compensation: Competitive salary and performance-related incentives." That's Pay info! Actually there is a line under "Here’s What Else We Offer" with "Compensation: Competitive salary and performance-related incentives." That's pay info. So we should include a Pay section with that statement. Also there is "Wellbeing & Flexibility: Support to balance professional and personal life (e.g., hybrid work, flexible schedule where applicable)." That's schedule info (flexible schedule). So we can include Schedule section with that statement. Also there is "Global Exposure: Opportunity to work with colleagues and clients across different countries." That could be under Benefits? Might be considered a benefit. But we already have Benefits list; we could add that as an extra bullet under Benefits. However we must not invent details; it's present. So we can add to Benefits. We need to ensure we don't repeat boilerplate. Remove the EEO paragraph at end. Also remove duplicated "Apply now »". Also remove the "Our Company is an equal employment opportunity employer..." paragraph. Now structure:

Pay
Competitive salary and performance-related incentives.
Now Schedule:Schedule
Support to balance professional and personal life (e.g., hybrid work, flexible schedule where applicable).
We should ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO. Also we removed duplicated lines. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The purpose paragraph, company description, values, etc. We included them in About the role. Did we lose any? The "What Drives Us" section includes Purpose, Progress, Place. We included that. Also "The Benefits Our people live by a shared set of values..." we included. Good. We also kept the bullet list of Benefits as originally listed plus added Global Exposure. We kept the Pay line from "Competitive salary and performance-related incentives." We kept schedule line from "Wellbeing & Flexibility: Support to balance professional and personal life (e.g., hybrid work, flexible schedule where applicable)." We kept Physical requirements? Actually we omitted Physical Requirements and Work Environment sections because they are not in allowed headings; but they are substantive. The instruction says we can only use those headings; we could incorporate them into Requirements or About the role? They are not exactly requirements but could be considered part of Requirements (physical requirements). However the instruction says we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop them. We need to include them somewhere. Since we don't have a specific heading for Physical Requirements, we could fold them into Requirements section as additional bullet points. That would preserve them. Similarly Work Environment could be folded into Requirements or About the role. Let's add them under Requirements as bullet points. Thus we need to add bullet points for Physical Requirements and Work Environment. Physical Requirements list: - Travel to inspection sites. (regularly) - Move about indoors and outdoors to conduct inspections. (regularly) - Ability to position self to inspect confined spaces, ascend and descend stairwells and ladders, traverse roofs, and work atop roofs. (frequently) - Ability to maintain balance while traversing on narrow, slippery, or sloping surfaces. (regularly) - May exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly while moving objects. (Regularly) - Transport objects weighing up to or exceeding 50 pounds. (regularly) - Transport, unfold, and extend OSHA approved ladder which may exceed 50 pounds. (frequently) - Ability to operate a laptop/computer, phone, other office productivity machinery (calculator, printer, etc.), and measuring devices. (regularly) - Manual dexterity and coordination to extend hands and arms in various directions, using fingers in repetitive motion for keyboarding and writing. (regularly) - Handle paperwork and files. (regularly) Work Environment: - May require working in outdoor weather conditions. (Occasionally) - May require working in stationary position. (Occasionally) We'll add these as bullet
